Envoi Associates is an approved provider for the Children's Habilitation Residential Program (CHRP) waiver, offering specialized services for children and youth with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) who are at risk of out-of-home placement or require transition support services while in out-of-home placement. Offering short-term care options for children or youth, allowing primary caregivers to take breaks; Flexible scheduling based on the provider's availability.

Requirements & Steps to Become a CHRP Provider

Envoi Associates is actively recruiting providers who are licensed as Treatment & Therapeutic foster parents. We offer the necessary licensure services and provide extensive training to ensure our providers are well-equipped to care for children and youth with significant behavioral health issues.
